By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing/selling on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Firstime.world is an online marketplace that allows users ("Creators") to upload, sell, and distribute digital guides, templates, audio stories, and other resources related to their "first-time" experiences. Other users ("Buyers") can browse, purchase, and download these resources. We act as an intermediary and do not create, own, or endorse the content sold on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts & Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. For Creators (Sellers)

If you choose to sell experiences on Firstime.world, you agree to the following:

• Original Content: You warrant that you own all rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Quality Standards: Your content must be high-quality, functional, and accurately described. Misleading titles, descriptions, or thumbnails are strictly prohibited.
• Pricing: You set your own prices, subject to our minimum pricing policy ($4.99 USD). We reserve the right to reject any listing that we deem inappropriate.
• Earnings & Payouts: You will receive 85% of the net sale price. Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe/PayPal once your balance reaches $50. We reserve the right to hold funds if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Prohibited Items: You may not sell illegal items, hate speech, malware, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.

5. For Buyers

If you purchase experiences on Firstime.world, you agree to the following:

• Limited License: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the content.
• No Refunds (Digital Goods): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if a file is corrupted or significantly different from its description, you may request a refund within 7 days by contacting support.
• Reviews: You may leave honest reviews for products you have purchased. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain abusive language or spam.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Firstime World Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated bots to collect data from the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Soliciting personal information from other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firstime World Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firstime World Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
